Welcome to our wedding page! We’re so excited to share this special time in our lives with you! Alex and Erin's story began in the summer of 2022 while waiting to be picked up at the Denver airport. They were both selected to serve at Spring Canyon, a beautiful Christian camp nestled in the Colorado mountains. Alex was assigned to the position of a teacher working with the teen guests, and Erin as a counselor with the high school volunteers. Alex had recently begun learning card tricks and happened to be practicing one while standing at the baggage claim when he dropped his cards. Little did he know that the girl who helped him pick them up would eventually become his wife. After an incredible summer, life led Alex and Erin to different places—Alex to Kenya for a semester, and Erin to Alabama, where she began working with kids and pursuing her Master’s in social work. They stayed in touch, and over time, their friendship grew stronger. A year and a half later, Alex opened his heart and shared his feelings for Erin. Despite the miles between Idaho and Alabama, their relationship blossomed through long-distance dating, late-night FaceTime calls, and countless trips to see each other. Along the way, they became not just partners but each other’s favorite person and closest friend.

Now, we’re looking forward to beginning our married life together in Boise. Alex will be working at Micron, and I am excited to find a job working with kids while we settle into this new chapter. We’re so grateful for each of you being a part of our beautiful story and we can't wait to celebrate with you!
