Sophie Burke has been apart of Erin's life since the age of 12. Sophie and Erin have been inseparable. Erin describes Sophie as her "soul sister". Sophie has been a constant light in Erin's life. She is family through choice and actions. Sophie is kind, funny, and an amazing person and mother. Erin is honored to have Sophie be her matron of honor. Erin always says she is lucky to have Sophie in her life. She is one of Erin's favorite people (including her husband and son). The Burke's and Arriazola's are family. Emily Flores

Emily Flores is Erin's younger sister. Separated by two years at birth but inseparable throughout life. Their Great Aunt Kathy always threatened "one day you will be best friends!!". Erin would always say "NOT TODAY AUNT KATHY". Well, the day came and they wouldn't have it any other way. Emily is described as being beautiful, funny, loud, and the life of the party. She is fiercely loyal and unafraid to speak her mind. Erin loves her more than Emily will ever know.
Alyssa (Allie) Parker

Allie Parker was Erin's first friend. They met in daycare at the age of three and were always together throughout childhood and highschool. Allie is so funny, carefree, and independent. Erin has always admired Allie for her intelligence and her go-getter attitude. Allie, is the best friend Erin would describe as "unstoppable". She is and always will be a precious and special person to Erin. She is the best person to have in your corner and moves mountains for the people she loves! Leema Erin Weilein

Leema and Erin became friends at the age of 12. Erin and Leema bonded over their shared experiences, love of nerdy things, and general silly nature. Leema is everything a person could want in a best friend. She is strong, loyal, and always there when you need her. Leema is the person Erin can depend on to make her smile. Leema has been there for every big life adventure. To Erin, she is family. If you know Leema as a friend, you've done something right in life!!
Sophia Rodriquez

Sophia, "Choncha", was Erin's college roommate at the University of the Incarnate Word. She quickly became a fundamental person in Erin's life. Choncha is so kind and fierce. She has always been a ride or die friend. Her family (Deborah and Marc Rodriguez) helped Erin begin her career in Optometry. Sophia is a wonderful friend and person. There's simply not enough words to describe how amazing she is. Shout out to Deborah and Marc! You raised a wonderful woman- E & A
