The dress code is Cocktail Attire, which is semi-formal and polished. Guests are encouraged to wear outfits such as suits and ties, blazers and dress pants, dresses, dressy separates, or jumpsuits. Please note: the venue is a private country club, so denim, sneakers, or anything made of t-shirt material will not be permitted!
No need to give us your order ahead of time! We will have stations which include chicken, beef, salad, soup, and pasta. It will include vegetarian and gluten free options!
There will be a cash bar available throughout the evening. However, when you sit down for dinner, be sure to check your place setting for a special treat from our dogs, Winnie and Roo!
While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that children (outside of the wedding party) not attend the celebration. We hope this allows everyone to relax, let loose, and enjoy a fun, adults-only evening. Thank you for your understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
We have a room block at Hotel 1620 in Plymouth and transportation will be provided to and from the hotel, however it is a two night minimum. Individual reservations must be made by 8/18/2025 or until the hotel is sold out. Please use the online code MKWBH113 when booking your reservation. You can log onto the website and enter the code in the "group code" box (not promo code box). Feel free book not using our room block code to avoid a two night minimum! We also have a room block at the John Carver Inn & Spa, there is no two night minimum and transportation will also be provided to and from this hotel.
There will be transportation running throughout the evening during the reception which will drop guests off at Hotel 1620 and the John Carver Inn!
Yes! Indian Pond Country Club has plenty of parking to accommodate wedding guests!
Please refer to your invitation to see if a +1 is included. If you have any questions or would like to request a plus one, please reach out to Erin or Aaron by August 19th. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please understand that we may not be able to include everyone’s significant other due to space and planning constraints. Thank you for understanding!
We ask that you keep your phones and cameras away during the ceremony so our photographers can capture the moment for us. Feel free to snap photos during the reception!
