When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP as soon as possible to assist with planning. Our RSVP deadline is August 10, 2025.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by August 10, 2025, you will be marked as not attending. We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. Please plan to arrive around 3-3:15 PM to ensure you have plenty of time to find a seat. Anyone arriving at or after 3:30 PM may miss the ceremony.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be unplugged. We kindly ask that you be present with us and do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. We have a professional photographer and videographers to capture all the special moments and are excited to share the finished products with you.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors on the grass (weather permitting). The cocktail hour will have both indoor and outdoor options. The reception will be indoors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! There is a cocktail dress code. For the men this means a suit or dress pants, a button-down shirt with a blazer or suit coat (tie optional per Alex's request). For the ladies, please wear floor-length or mid-length dresses. Please note the ceremony will be on grass so be careful when selecting heels.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes. There is valet parking at the venue for all of our guests.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes. There will be a wide selection of options for you to choose from. Don't forget to try our signature drinks!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this day with our closest friends and family. We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your children and we wish we could invite them all, our wedding is exclusively for adults. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Please make Erin or Alex aware of the allergy as soon as possible so we can let the Ryland Inn know.

Do you have a room block?

Answer

We have a room block for 10/4/2025- 10/6/2025 at the Bridgewater Marriott and for 10/5/2025- 10/6/2025 at the Hyatt House. We kindly ask if you are only staying on 10/5/2025 to book at the Hyatt House. Please visit the "Travel and Accommodations" tab for more info. **coming soon!**

Is there a shuttle service?

Answer

Our hotel block at the Hyatt House includes a free shuttle service to and from the wedding. Anyone staying at the Bridgewater Marriott can utilize our code to Uber on us to and from the wedding. Code will be provided upon check-in.
