What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to our ceremony. The ceremony starts promptly at 5:30 p.m. We ask that if you are late that you stand in the back and wait until the ceremony is over. Then join us for cocktail hour!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress in formal cocktail attire. For men, this means suits, tuxedos or dress pants. For women, floor length gowns, elegant cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits are appropriate. We encourage everyone to dress to impress! Please note that the bridesmaids will be in dresses in shades of champagne.

Are kids welcome?

Unfortunately we cannot host any children at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Because of limited venue space, we cannot accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on your wedding invitation.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please reach out to the bride and groom and we will make sure that you have accommodations.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the William Penn Inn. We do have transportation for guests to and from the Double Tree Suites Hotel. There are also plenty of Ubers in the area.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. There will be transportation from the Double Tree Suites Hotel to the venue for the ceremony and back to Courtyard Marriott after the reception.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 25th, 2025. Please reply with the RSVP card including your names and indicate with each guest's initials your food choices for dinner.

Should I bring my ID?

Answer

Yes. The venue will be carding all people who look under the age of 35.
