Question
Can we bring our kids to the wedding?
Answer
We want everyone to have the best time at our wedding! To ensure that everyone can be fully present in the moment and enjoy a drink (or 2), we ask that only the children specifically mentioned on your invitation be present for our big day. Take advantage of the night out, and hire a sitter! As a former babysitter, your local baby-obsessed teen will thank you!

What should I wear?
Answer
Typical wedding attire is encouraged! A nice dress, a suit, a kilt, whatever you're comfortable in. We are hoping to have the wedding outside, so prepare for some chilly weather! The reception will be inside, but be ready to boogie on the dance floor!

Accommodations?
Answer
Under the travel tab of this website is a link to book at room at the Double Tree hotel in Reading. This will include 2 shuttle times to come from the hotel to the wedding, and then back again at the end of the night! If you chose to stay at the Double Tree, you'll be able to park there prior to the wedding, so plan accordingly! The link can be found under the travel tab.

Can I bring any food or alcohol to the wedding?
Answer
Stokesay does not allow for any outside alcohol or food to be at the venue. We will have an open bar at the reception and cocktail hour for everyone to enjoy!
Question
Will it be inside or outside?
Answer
We are hoping to have our ceremony outside! If the weather allows, so no rain or freezing temperatures, we will have the ceremony outside, and then the reception and cocktail hour inside. Should the weather take a turn, Stokesay will make that call day of, and we will move the ceremony inside to the ballroom.
