What is the shuttle schedule?

Answer

The shuttle is a 31 passenger mini bus that is picking up and dropping off at our block booking hotel, The Sonesta Select Eden Prairie. There will only be 1 pickup for the ceremony, then there will be 3 pickups from the venue back to the hotel. Schedule as follows: 2:30pm - Pickup for ceremony at Sonesta Select 3:10pm - Drop off at venue 9:00pm - Pickup from venue 9:30pm - Drop off at Sonesta Select 10:00pm - Pickup from venue 10:30pm - Drop off at Sonesta Select 11:00pm - Pickup from venue 11:30pm - Drop off at Sonesta Select 12:00pm - LAST Pickup from venue 12:30pm - Drop off at Sonesta Select

What is the weather like in Chaska, MN?

Answer

The forecast is showing scattered showers with a high of 52 and a low of 50. Although this will be an indoor event, please plan accordingly for your walk to and from the parking lot.

Will there be coat check?

Answer

There will be a coat room when you enter the Estate. Feel free to leave any Coats or Umbrellas in there.

Will there be a cash or hosted bar?

Answer

We will have a hosted bar from cocktail hour until 8:30pm. From there cash and credit will be accepted for drinks.

Can we bring outside alcohol?

Answer

Only if it is a present for the Bride & Groom. Otherwise there are no outside alcohol allowed at the venue. Any alcohol brought and consumed will be confiscated and a penalty fee will be charged back to the Bride and Groom as the venue deems it necessary. Please do not bring any for the sake of the Bride and Groom. Thank you.
