Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! If you are staying at the Fairfield or Courtyard by Marriott and have booked through our hotel block, congratulations, there is a shuttle! Upon check in, reserve your spot on the shuttle so they know to expect you.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know any allergy requirements. This is a nut free event so all you nut enthusiasts should get your fix in before the day of.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the venue. If you need to leave your car there overnight it needs to be removed by 10 AM on Sunday February 16th.

Why is the ceremony unplugged?

Answer

We want you to be able to really enjoy our wedding day, feeling truly present and in the moment with us. We've hired an amazing wedding photographer and videographer who will be capturing all those #weddingvibes — and we're inviting each of you to sit back, relax, and just enjoy celebrating with us. We're respectfully asking that everyone consider leaving all cameras and cell phones off. Of course we will happy to share our wedding photos with you afterward! Please Snap, Gram, and wind that disposable camera up for the reception. We won't hold you back!

What should I wear?

Answer

We hope this will be a fun excuse to break out that cocktail dress you've been dying to wear. And I know you are probably concerned with the phrase "in Wisconsin in February" but there is quick walk between the parking lot and the ceremony building, a brief skip between the ceremony and reception buildings and a generously sized coat closet in the reception building so you won't need to think about it for the rest of the night. The sidewalks and parking lots with be well lit and free of that cold white stuff, should it grace us with it's presence.
