What should I wear?

Answer

Our preferred attire is semi-formal/cocktail. While the daytime temperatures are usually warm, we recommend bringing a jacket for the evening just in case it gets cooler. For ladies in heels, it is worth noting that the majority of the property terrain is well-kept gravel or dirt.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The reception will be held mainly outdoors, but will include access to air conditioned indoor spaces. In late May, Placerville typically sees daytime highs in the mid 80s and nighttime lows in the mid 50s. While the day will be warm, we recommend bringing a jacket for the cooler evening.

What is parking like at the venue?

Answer

There is adequate space for 20 vehicles to park on the property. If possible, it is recommended to carpool with friends and family to save space. There are two main parking areas: the first lies through the main gate, and the second is up the hill near the guest house. Please exercise caution on the narrow road leading up to the venue, as it can be a challenging trek for large vehicles.

What time should I arrive?

The reception will start around 2:30pm on Saturday, May 31st. Please plan to arrive anytime after 2:30pm and allow 15 minutes for parking and finding your way to the party.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate guests who are not explicitly named on our invitations. Thank you for your understanding.
