What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30 PM. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, and late entry will not be permitted in order to avoid disruptions.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

The Avalon Yacht Club has a parking lot that guests can utilize.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we have arranged for transportation to and from the hotel. Please see the “Travel” section for additional details.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. If a plus-one is included, their name will be added on your invite.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’re keeping the celebration mostly adults-only. We’ll just be having a few children who are immediate family.
