Children are not invited to the wedding. We would love to celebrate with all of your little ones, but are unable due to venue constraints.
Please reach out Erik and Talia about plus ones and we will do our best to accommodate based on RSVPs.
ASAP, but no later than September 1.
It's really up in the air. Autumn in Colorado can mean a beautiful sunny day of 75 degrees or cooler weather with a chance of rain or snow. We're crossing our fingers and hoping for the best. Regardless, it will be beautiful.
Yes. Please join us for our welcome picnic on Saturday! We are intentionally adding space in our weekend to gather with our out of towner friends and family as a way to smother ourselves with your love.
We'd recommend renting a car out of pure convenience. Denver and the surrounding neighborhoods are fairly spread out, so unless you can hitch a ride with a friend/family member, you may be spending a pretty penny on ubers. The venue has warned of limited availability late at night for ubers/lifts. Side note: If you'd like to see Erik and Talia's house, it's about a 45 minute drive away from the venue. (We bought the house after we booked the venue-- whoops)
Both! The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors, and the reception will take place indoors.
The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm so please arrive no later than 4:40pm.
As it stands, we're still working with our caterer, but we will have both meat and vegetarian options. The food will not be kosher, but we will be intentional about not serving foods groups that are not kosher (pork, shellfish, mixing dairy & meat)
Yes, it will take you a few days to acclimate to being 5,280 feet above sea level. Please take precaution and hydrate a couple of days before AND during your stay here. Also be mindful of any alcohol consumption while you're here, as your tolerance will be affected.
We're having a modern/traditional Jewish wedding, which means we'll incorporate some key religious aspects and customs, like saying prayers in Hebrew and the breaking of the glass. We are also personalizing the ceremony by choosing the elements that resonate most with us. It will all be explained during the ceremony. And you better believe there will be a hora!
