Cancun Shuttle

Guests traveling to Isla Mujeres should note that transportation to Puerto Juarez is required to access the ferry, as the island (Isla Mujeres) is separate from Cancun. We highly recommend our preferred shuttle service, which has reliably transportation from Cancun airport to the ferry dock.

When booking your ferry, you'll be able to reserve round-trip tickets up to a week in advance on the ferry's website. You can also purchase day-of tickets, and there are multiple routes available. To ensure accurate booking, please note the following: - For departure, select "Cancun- Puerto Juarez" as your origin and "Isla Mujeres" as your destination. - For return, select "Isla Mujeres" as your origin and "Cancun- Puerto Juarez" as your destination. Schedules and pricing are available on the ferry's website.

Taxi

When you arrive at Isla Mujeres, head out of the ferry dock and onto the main street, where taxis are readily available. Turn left and you'll see the taxi area. Let the driver know your hotel, and they'll take care of you and your luggage. If you're staying outside Hotel Belo, taxis are a convenient way to get around - you can flag one down on the street at any time. Your hotel can also assist with arranging taxi transportation if needed.
