This is where our reception will be, and there are over 150 hotel rooms onsite. There is a block of rooms reserved for our guests who want to stay the night. To book a room, please either call Normandy Farm at (215)-616-8500 or you can book online at www.normandyfarm.com. If you book a room, please use our group code (FFNVB7). By using our group code, that ensures your room is under the correct reservation for our guests. Also, by using our group code, our guests receive a discounted rate of $199 per night for their room. If you need any help or have any questions, please call the front desk of Normandy Farm Hotel at (215)-616-8500. The room block cuts off 60 days before the wedding (September 7th). After that, there is no guarantee of room availability! If you need to cancel your reservation, you have until 7 days before the wedding to cancel free of charge. After that, you will be charged accordingly. Instructions for Online Booking: 1. Go to www.NormandyFarm.com 2. Click "Stay" on the top bar of the website, then “Book Your Stay” once the page refreshes. 3. Under Guests & Rooms, go to “Add Code” and click the drop down menu 4. Click to change from “Discount Code” to “Group Attendee”, enter Group Attendee Code: FFNVB7 *Please double check to make sure you changed to Group Attendee code, if not you will end up paying full price outside of the block rate and we don't want that for you.* 5. click “Add” to move forward. 6. click “Select & Go To Next Step”. 7. Guests will then tap the Check In date and tap the Check Out Date. 8. Click “Confirm Dates of Stay” at the bottom if desired dates are correct. 9. Choose one of the available room types. Information about your selection will be displayed. 10. Click "Add Room & Check Out", then proceed to enter profile/card details *Credit cards are necessary at booking for guarantee only. The hotel will request a physical card to run at check in.* 11. Enter all *necessary* fields and click "Complete Reservation".
