Beautiful place to see! So much nature and with the fall coming, the fall colors are a must to see! There are small to large hikes here, water rafting and so much more!
This is where Erik took me for my "birthday hike"....and where he ended up getting down on one knee! :)
This is where the Batlle of the Fort took place and where they re-enact the battle. There's a museum inside the location and a gift shop with all sorts of fun findings! This takes place during the Fort Days Festival!
Literally get to throw axes against a board! It's a lot more fun than it sounds! haha

Amusement park in town! If you're bringing your children, this is an awesome amusement park full of rides named after childhood stories.
There are plenty of short and longer hikes! If you research them before hand, I believe during this time of year there is also a hike to see all the bug-eating plants! Flat Rock is also, located in Linn Run State Park! Its about a 20-25 minute walk and its the smoothest rock you can literally use as a water slide in the crystal clear lake running down in Linn Run! There is also, a water geyser that pours out fresh spring water constantly and you can bring water bottles and fill them up. This water tastes better than any other bottled water you will ever try! It's pure and clean mountain water! Erik and I gather big 5 gallons worth of this water constantly!
