Travel Note
Our ceremony will take place at the San Diego Natural History Museum in Balboa Park on July 18, 2026 at 5:30 pm (please plan to arrive before 5:00 pm - the park will be VERY busy). [If flying in: The closest airport is San Diego International Airport (SAN), about 15 minutes from the venue. Our date overlaps with a major citywide event (more below) and the city will be busy.
Travel Note
Our wedding date falls on the same day as the San Diego Pride Parade and Festival, held nearby in Hillcrest & Balboa Park. As a result, expect significant traffic, road closures, and limited parking near the museum throughout the day. We strongly recommend booking a rideshare (Uber/Lyft) in advance, as demand and pricing tend to spike during Pride weekend, or carpooling with a planned drop-off/pick-up spot. To make things easier, we've also arranged a charter bus for guests, departing Liberty Station at 4:00 pm and returning at 11:00 pm. Please RSVP for the bus through our evite by July 3rd to reserve your spot.
