Guests are responsible for booking their flight to Liberia airport (LIR).
We kindly ask that all of our guests plan to arrive at the resort no later than Thursday, 11/13. The length of your stay is entirely up to you and how you'd like to enjoy this vacation! The couple will be arriving to the resort on Tuesday, 11/11 and staying until their departure on the following Tuesday, 11/18. In the days leading up to the wedding, we'll be meeting with our wedding planner to finalize the details. After the wedding, Saturday will be a laid-back day to relax on the beach and reminisce about our favorite moments with everyone! Sunday and Monday will be for exploring and excursions -we hope our guests will join us! As the trip gets closer, we'll share details about the excursions we have in mind (meeting a sloth is defintely on the list!)
Yes, guests are responsible for booking their own flights. Once your flight is booked, please share your flight details with Lucy so she can arrange your transfers to and from the resort. *Transfer service to and from the resort is gaurenteed only if you have booked your room through our travel agent. This is one of the many reasons we strongly advise against booking your resort stay through a third party. If you have already booked your resort stay through a third party and are unable to cancel, please make arrangments with a reputable and safe car service for your transfers, as our agent will not be able to accommodate them.
Tropical chic! Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident, keeping in mind that we'll be in a rainforest with warm and humid weather. For the guys - lightweight, breathable fabrics like cotton and linen are great options to help you stay cool. Since the wedding events will take place on the beach, you'll likely end up barefoot!
