Shuttle service will be provided from all three host hotels to the venue. (Hotel Settles, Townplace Suites, & Hampton Inn) Shuttles will arrive at the Hotel Settles & Hampton Inn by 6:30 PM & at the Townplace Suites by 6:40PM to bring guests to the celebration. Throughout the evening, the shuttle will make continuous rounds between the venue and the hotels for guests who wish to return earlier. Official end-of-night departure from the ranch will be at 10:30PM. We recommend planning around these times if you would like guaranteed transportation.
