We met at church. Erik was the handsome stranger who sat in the chair in front of me. I admired his looks from afar. Flash forward some years to the summer of 2020. Erik had reached out to me on Instagram a few times and I agreed to hang out with him and go hiking. That day in late May we spent the whole day together. And so our hang outs turned into dates and the days turned into weeks which turned into months which turned into years. And I wouldn't have it any other way! <3

On the second day of our trip to Ireland, Lauren and I began our hike up Bray Head Cliff. We walked up a dirt path, surrounded by fields of tall grass and fluffy sheep. While taking drone footage for a video of Ireland, I had Lauren model for me and walk down the path while the drone followed her. As she walked away from me I was already kneeling on the ground holding the drone remote. Twenty feet out I told her to come back and she ran back and saw me still kneeling down on my knee like before. But at this point, I had put the remote away and was now holding her ring in my hands. She didn't notice I had switched the remote for the ring until I popped the question. She looked down at what I was holding and said, "is this for real? YES!" Then we hugged and she cried and I put the ring on her finger and we kissed and went about our trip happily engaged! We are so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you.
