Apx 45 minutes from Downtown Seattle, WA.
Directions from I-5 (South from Seattle):
Take I-5 to the Thorne Lane exit (Exit #122B ) just south of Tacoma, Washington. Turn west on N Thorne Lane. Go three-tenths of a mile. Please mind the 25 MPH speed limit. Turn right on the first street to the right (N Thorne Lane).
Immediately after turning right off N Thorne Lane (3/10 mile from I-5) you will see the gate into Thornewood Estates. Drive up to the call box on the left.
Enter 023 on the key pad. We will answer and buzz the gate to open. (If you forget the code number to enter, it is shown on the call box, or just scroll the A-Z keys down until you see “Thornewood Castle".)
Enter into Thornewood Estates, following the private road around just past the first speed bump (about 1 block). Turn right down the next driveway.
