Where is the wedding?
Answer
Eagle Cliff Camp-store & Campground is located in Cougar, Washington. We have secured a full-site rental of the off grid campground. The camp is connected to a small camp store. There is no access to electricity to charge or power electronics, so please plan accordingly! The camp store provides access to the basic necessities of outdoor living, including propane tank refills, bagged ice, and basic food items. The ceremony and reception will be held entirely outdoors, rain or shine.

Is lodging available onsite?

Unfortunately, space is limited within the campground. There is lodging available in Cougar, WA as well as Woodland, WA. Please refer to the lodging tab.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Yes, there’s a general parking lot for patrons of the store and camp. Please leave parking directly in front of the store open for patrons, park on the side of the pizza place. The parking lot is within walking distance of the wedding site. We do encourage folks to carpool when possible and secure a designated driver if you plan to celebrate with adult beverages.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We are going with dressy-casual for the ceremony. We would prefer guests wear neutral colors. Both the ceremony and reception will be held outside, rain or shine. Please dress for the weather. Feel free to bring a blanket to keep warm!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that guests arrive no earlier than 3:45 p.m. and no later than 4:15 p.m. The ceremony is set to begin at 4:30 p.m. The reception begins at 6:00 p.m.

Please RSVP no later than July 31st, 2023, otherwise bring a sandwich and a chair! 😉

Yes! We are registered for a Honeymoon fund on Venmo, details can be found on the registry tab of the website. Cash gifts are welcomed as well.

- Directions from I5 North - Take exit 21 for WA-503 E toward Woodland/ Cougar In 0.2 miles Turn right onto WA-503 S/Lewis River Rd At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto Lewis River Rd In 47 miles, turn right onto FORREST SERVICE RD (FS-90) In 0.7 miles, On the left Eagle Cliff Store & Campground NF-90, Cougar, WA 98616 Please park in the general store parking lot and follow signage to the venue.
