Mutual invites to a neighborly dinner turned into game nights, hikes, escalating in to a "totally casual" week trip to Salt Lake City. It worked - though Erik waited until 20 minutes before the trip ended to ask Kelly out. #3 Kelly, at her friend Nicole's game night, saw blood when new neighbor Erik said he "was terrible at boardgames." However, he proceeded to win every single round of Settlers of Catan, hoarding sheep like his life depended on it. Kelly was simultaneously impressed, suspicious, and mildly annoyed.
