When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by May 1st, 2024.

HOW MANY GUESTS SHOULD I BRING? ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

Answer

The venue only allows a certain number of guests at the venue. Please only come to the wedding with the people listed on your RSVP. If you would like to bring a guest that is not listed, please ask us to see if we have room before bringing them. While we love your children, we wish for this to be an adult only event.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY SINCE IT ENDS AT 4PM AND THE RECEPTION DOESN'T START UNTIL 5PM?

You will be able enjoy the Briscoe Western Art Museum from 4:00PM-5:00PM. If you are not interested in the museum, please enjoy the Riverwalk or rest up at the hotel for a long night of dancing!

HOW FAR IS THE BRISCOE FROM THE SAN FERNANDO CATHEDRAL?

A few blocks away and approximately a 7 minute walk.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Answer

You can park in downtown San Antonio at any of the parking garages. The Riverbend Garage is located across from the venue. If you are staying at the hotel, we recommend walking to the events and leaving your car at the hotel. Uber or Lyft is also recommended.

IS THE CEREMONY, COCKTAIL HOUR AND RECEPTION INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony will be indoors at the San Fernando Cathedral. The cocktail hour will be held outdoors and the reception will be held indoors at the Jack Guenther Pavilion at the Briscoe Western Art Museum.

WHAT IS THE WEDDING ATTIRE?

Answer

Texas Formal. Men- suit, tie, boots, cowboy hat. Women- cocktail, long or midi dresses.
