If you wish to wear a mask at all at any part of our ceremony and reception, please know we are more than happy to accommodate that request.
Yes! Since moving our wedding to a fully outdoor ceremony and reception space with ample room for running and playing, we encourage you to bring your little ones if you are comfortable. We do ask that you please keep your children close to your side during events such as the ceremony and first dances to not interrupt our day. Thank you!
Our ceremony will be taking place fully outdoors, so please prepare for any weather! If inclement weather were to occur, we can move our ceremony under our tent. The reception will take place under the tented space with no walls to allow for proper ventilation and airflow.
We request that you do not take pictures or have your phone out in use during our ceremony. However, during our reception you are more than welcome to take pictures and post to social media. Our wedding hashtag is #helloheinlein !
Remember: this is a fully outdoor ceremony and reception on a grassy area, so dress accordingly! There is bathroom access indoors at the beer garden facilities, and masks will be required to enter and use the bathroom facilities. We will have disposable masks available. The ceremony itself and potentially dance floor will not be under the shelter of the tent, depending on the weather, so keep this in mind.
