Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We’d love to know if you can make it (we hope you can!). Please RSVP by August 9, 2019 using the RSVP card that came in the mail or via our RSVP section on this website.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please be seated at 1:45 P.M. in the Restaurant Terrace. The ceremony begins at 2:00 P.M and will end at 2:30. Afterward, we will make our way to The Promenade Suite for passed hors d'oeuvres, drinks and celebration until 5:00. Family members (including aunts and uncles) should arrive at 12:45 PM. Family photos will take place exactly at 1:00 PM. If you no longer have photos to take before being seated, there is a bar inside the restaurant. Family guests will meet in the Garden Room.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Sundresses, floral prints, lighter hues, suits, and fascinators. Females should wear wedge heels or flats, so they do not sink in the grass. If you bring a hat, please be mindful of the other guests and remove it during the ceremony.

Can I bring my date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we do not have the facilities to house guests other than those who are listed on the invitation. We would be happy to celebrate with your date another time though!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Family,” then yes! If not, we would prefer if it was just you. We have a limited guest count and unfortunately cannot have every person we would want there.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is gift enough. Seriously. But because you asked, you can find our registry on this website under the tab "Registry."

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is valet parking available. We’ve already taken care of the valet parking fee at the location, so tell them you are there for the Johnson wedding! Or you can Uber/Lyft. In addition, Dallas has several parking spots around the location.

Will there be food served?

Answer

We will have passed hors d'oeuvres, cake, a full premium open bar, and sodas.

Will there be entertainment/dancing?

Answer

Um, is there a sun and moon?! Of course we will have dancing. We have arranged for a DJ that will help you dance your tush off.

Can I smoke?

Answer

The venue requests that you only smoke in approved smoking areas outside of the venue.
