Yes, a valid passport is required for all travelers from the U.S. and most other countries.

Visitors from the U.S., Canada, and most European countries such as the UK do not need a visa but will receive a tourist permit upon arrival.

What’s the best way to get to Cancun?

Answer

Cancun International Airport (CUN) is the main airport. Most major airlines offer direct flights.

How do I get from the airport to the wedding venue?

Answer

You can take a taxi, book a private transfer, or use a shuttle service. When you book your flights and hotel rooms, whichever agency you use will offer shuttle services for an additional charge.

Is the wedding at an all-inclusive resort?

Answer

Yes, the hotel where we are having our wedding is All-Inclusive.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Guests should avoid wearing white, cream, ivory, very light shades of beige, neon colors, red, black, and over-sparkly metallics. Instead, we encourage guests to wear baby blue, teal, gold (not too bright), coral, peach, and deep navy. In terms of material we encourage, light fabrics, flowy dresses, silk, tulle, chiffon and linen suits.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be outdoors unless it starts to rain before the ceremony, in case it rains, we will move the wedding indoors to a Ball Room.

Can I extend my trip beyond the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Your trip can turn into a mini-vacation.

Should I bring a gift to the wedding?

Answer

We will have a registry list where guests can buy us gifts we have selected, if a guest would like to gift something different, you can ask for our address and we will share it with you. Since this is a destination wedding, we would ask that no gifts be given at the wedding.

Can I stay at an AirBnB for the wedding?

Answer

The hotel requires all guests stay at the hotel at least one night, in theory you could and just stay at the hotel one night.
