Concord Padgett Regional Airport

Concord Regional is a small airport easy to deal with, and just as close as Charlotte airport. Only Allegiant flies there though, and flight times and days are limited, but if it works for your schedule it is a good option. Obviously, Charlotte International will have more options.

This is the main airport here. It is 20-25 minutes from my house and also the venue and hotels.

House Or Rental

Kilburnie, the Inn at Craig Farm

They have availability for the night of the wedding. This location is very close to the venue, so will be great if you don't want to drive far the night of. Unfortunately, they only have availability for Sunday night. No Ubers available in the area of the venue, so if you are planning to party hard, this may be a good option. They also serve Breakfast Room rates are about $219 a night

Rental Car

Rental Car recommended

We recommend you arrange for a rental car. The venue is a bit aways from the hotels about 30 minutes. It is a bit remote, but very beautiful. There are no ubers to the venue, so you will need your own transportation. In addition, if you are planning to join the Saturday activities, you will need to get around. Charlotte does not have an extensive transport system like NY, but you can get ubers to most places, just not to the venue which is just outside of Charlotte. You can also think of carpooling with the family if you are staying at the same hotel. Both airports have several rental car options on site. You can check those through the airport links above.
