What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

For those invited to our ceremony: it is located at Roxborough State Park on the Lyons Overlook which is a half mile walk from the parking lot. Please allow yourself enough time to enter the park, find parking, and walk to the overlook by 3:45pm. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the outlook from the Visitor Center. There will also be a golf cart shuttling people from the parking lot to the outlook trail for those that prefer not to walk. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm.

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

Feel free to arrive anytime beginning at 6pm. Ashley and Erik will arrive shortly after 6pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be outside, so please dress for the weather, however fancy or comfy you'd like! There is a short walk to the ceremony lookout on rough terrain, so please come prepared.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Ceremony: the parking at Roxborough State Park is very limited and we are only allowed 10 cars for our entire ceremony party. Please carpool as needed and note that there is a $10 fee to enter the state park, or free with your state park pass! Reception: there is plenty of street parking around Barb and Diego's house.
