FAQs

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 22nd.

Question

Is there anything that should be known when planning travel for the wedding weekend?

Answer

Los Angeles will be hosting FIFA World Cup events during our wedding weekend. We recommend booking flights and accommodations as early as possible and allowing extra time for travel, as traffic may be heavier than usual throughout the weekend.

Question

Will there be reserved room blocks at any hotels?

Answer

We have not reserved hotel room blocks. We want to give our guests the flexibility to choose accommodations that best fit their preferences, whether that’s using loyalty points, selecting a favorite hotel, or booking a nearby Airbnb. We’ve included a few recommended options on our Travel page for convenience.

Question

Where should guests stay?

Answer

We recommend staying in the Santa Monica area, as it’s close to Pacific Palisades and offers a variety of hotel and dining options. For guests who prefer to stay closer to LAX, that is also a convenient option and is approximately a 25–35 minute drive to the Bel Air Bay Club, depending on traffic.

Question

What is the address of the wedding venue? Is it wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Our venue's address is 16801 Pacific Coast Hwy, Pacific Palisades, CA 90272. Once you arrive, you'll see signage directing you to the front lawn where our ceremony will take place. There is a staircase you must descend to access the ceremony space, however an alternative step-free route to the lawn is available for guests who need it. If assistance is required, please let a member of the greeting staff know.

Question

What time should guests arrive at the wedding ceremony?

Answer

The doors to the venue will open thirty minutes ahead of our ceremony time at 5:30 PM. We recommend arriving at the venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat.

Question

Is there parking available near the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes. Valet parking will be provided for guests at the venue upon arrival.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors on the front lawn, followed by cocktail hour on the patio and an indoor reception. Guests will access the lawn via paved pathways and will step briefly onto grass to find and take their seats for the ceremony.

Question

What's the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will be held in the evening at a beautiful oceanfront venue, so we encourage guests to dress on the formal side. We invite guests to dress in polished attire such as tuxes, gowns, suits, and elegant cocktail dresses. To keep the celebration elevated, we kindly ask that jeans and overly casual attire be avoided.

Question

What is the weather and climate like in the area?

Answer

Summer weather in Pacific Palisades is typically warm during the day, with cooler temperatures in the evening due to the nearby ocean. We recommend a light layer for added comfort later in the evening.

Question

Where will wedding updates be posted?

Answer

Additional updates or changes that need your attention will appear on our wedding website homepage.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation, we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult-only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to attend our special day and will enjoy having the evening off!

Question

Are guests allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests attend with the individuals listed on their invitation. If you believe someone may be missing from your guest list, please reach out to us so we can confirm everyone in your party and ensure all guests are accounted for.
