Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be at The Windsor at Hebron Park. 3016 E. Hebron Parkway, Carrollton, TX 75010

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 5:45pm to be seated. The time of the ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please get us your RSVP no later than September 1st, 2023 so we have time to plan accordingly. RSVP on this website under the section titled “RSVP”.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to space constraints at our venue, we are regrettably unable to extend invitations for additional plus ones. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, please note our wedding reception will be an adult-only affair.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We suggest several hotels that are all a short Uber/Lyft ride away from the reception. Please refer to the Travel section on this website for more information.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

What is the dress code? What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

What weather should I expect?

Answer

Of course, we can’t guarantee anything, but we get plenty of sun in Dallas. Keep an eye on the weather in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and have your options ready.

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the immediate family of the couple and the bridal party will be taking pictures. Guests can head over to cocktail hour where passed apps and drinks will be served.

Is there easy parking at the venue?

Answer

There is free ample parking for those who feel comfortable driving, and Lyft/Uber is a great option for those who don’t. Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We love photos! However we do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged and for our professional photographer to capture the best images. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag #FromMiss2Matos so we can see them, too!

If you want to help us celebrate with a gift, we are registered through Zola online and Target!

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

We are working on a day-after event for any guests that would like to join us. We will be updating this section when we have confirmed plans.

I have dietary restrictions, what’s the best way to communicate that with you?

Answer

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs. Or if you prefer email us ErikaAndVicente@gmail.com.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

The venue is easily accessible by wheelchair as both the ceremony and reception are taking place on the same floor. Please park at the main entrance of the building where handicap parking is located and enter the double doors.
