I know it may seem weird that we would suggest a grocery store as "Things To Do" but this local grocery is the perfect stop if you're looking to kill some time. Grab one of their delicious iced teas, maybe a pastry, and just peruse. Also a good place for a quick breakfast or lunch if you don't require a whole menu of options. Don't forget to take a number in the bakery section once you arrive!

Another local favorite so it can get packed on the weekend. I would describe this as Fine Italian Dining in a casual environment. We were recently serenaded by our server after he found out about our upcoming nuptials. Special Place!

If you're looking for unique food options, try this local favorite that blends Chinese and Mexican food like nothing you've ever seen. Not healthy but definitely unique and delicious! My favorite is the Jade Red Chicken.

Carolina's Mexican Food - Cactus
No-nonsense Mexican food in a casual environment. Their tortillas are famous and their refried beans make me drool. Simple and to the point.

My favorite pancakes outside of Betsy's kitchen but they also serve delicious brunch with a Mexican food theme.

Postino Central (Wine Bar)
A local, intimate favorite for wine and bruschetta. Choose the Central Avenue location and you can hop across the street to 4 other establishments owned by this local restaurateur. Postino (wine bar), Joyride (Mexican), Federal Pizza, Windsor (American). All have excellent drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) along with friendly staff and colorful design accents.
Wrigley Mansion & Geordie's
Great place to grab a cocktail and enjoy the spectacular views. Dinner is available but reservations are suggested. Live Jazz on Friday nights.
Biltmore Fashion Park
Enjoy Springtime in Phoenix by walking around this outdoor "mall". Not your typical outdoor shops but definitely fun to window shop, grab lunch, coffee and/or ice cream. Tru Food is a local favorite and we make their Kale Salad often.....don't tell.
