If you're looking for coffee, and a good cause, try this local spot that roasts their own delicious beans and also gives back to our community.
Great, small coffee shop inside a really hip/modern retail establishment called For the People.
I know it may seem weird that we would suggest a grocery store as "Things To Do" but this local grocery is the perfect stop if you're looking to kill some time. Grab one of their delicious iced teas, maybe a pastry, and just peruse. Also a good place for a quick breakfast or lunch if you don't require a whole menu of options. Don't forget to take a number in the bakery section once you arrive!
Multiple locations around The Valley and offer more healthy options without being boring.
Another local favorite so it can get packed on the weekend. I would describe this as Fine Italian Dining in a casual environment. We were recently serenaded by our server after he found out about our upcoming nuptials. Special Place!
Pretty sure anything you order is going to hit the spot. Don't forget to try the Pizzookie! Multiple Locations.
Former beauty parlor turned pizza joint serving gourmet pizzas with fresh ingredients.
Craving a sandwich? Erika has been frequenting this establishment since childhood and it is really hasn't changed. Freshly sliced meats to curate your own sandwich or try choosing one of their many Specials.
If you're looking for unique food options, try this local favorite that blends Chinese and Mexican food like nothing you've ever seen. Not healthy but definitely unique and delicious! My favorite is the Jade Red Chicken.
Known for being spicy but even our friends from up North should be able to find something that doesn't overwhelm their tastebuds.
No-nonsense Mexican food in a casual environment. Their tortillas are famous and their refried beans make me drool. Simple and to the point.
My favorite pancakes outside of Betsy's kitchen but they also serve delicious brunch with a Mexican food theme.
Two restaurants under one roof but also yard games and a vast outdoor patio for all to hang!
Classic cocktails & drinking snacks in a trendy, throwback setting with live music & a patio.
Fun drinks and fun food = fun night out.
A local, intimate favorite for wine and bruschetta. Choose the Central Avenue location and you can hop across the street to 4 other establishments owned by this local restaurateur. Postino (wine bar), Joyride (Mexican), Federal Pizza, Windsor (American). All have excellent drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) along with friendly staff and colorful design accents.
Great place to grab a cocktail and enjoy the spectacular views. Dinner is available but reservations are suggested. Live Jazz on Friday nights.
Enjoy Springtime in Phoenix by walking around this outdoor "mall". Not your typical outdoor shops but definitely fun to window shop, grab lunch, coffee and/or ice cream. Tru Food is a local favorite and we make their Kale Salad often.....don't tell.
For almost a century, The Arizona Biltmore has stood as an Arizona landmark and one of the world’s most recognized resorts for its Frank Lloyd Wright architectural style, intuitive hospitality and storied history, all topped off with a generous splash of old Hollywood glamour
