Our story starts in 2020. We both began new jobs in Key Largo, Florida. Starting out as work friends and eventually turning roommates ended up exactly how we all thought it would, but not right away. We became great friends and roommates first, respecting each other's space, cleaning up after ourselves, and sharing in some hobbies. One fun Keys night led to a magical kiss on November 14, 2021 and our relationship blossomed from there. We began to share in hobbies like golf, cooking, tv shows, the Bills and the Braves. Enjoying time with families and traveling are the beginning of some of our favorite memories together as a couple. A little over a year into our relationship we got Riley, our golden retriever. July of 2024 we took a chance together and moved to our current home in Bluffton, South Carolina where we started new jobs. November 18, 2024 after 3 years of dating, Mike popped the question all dressed up and with a beautiful dinner prepared for just the two of us. Even Riley sat down next to Mike on one knee. Of course Erika said YES! We are so excited for our future together celebrating each other and our love for one another.
