Our Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Dressy, but comfy
The ceremony will be outside, but covered. Guests will walk through grass to be seated. There will be buses to pick people up from both hotels we have blocked rooms at- the Marriott Thruway in Albany and the Desmond Hotel in Colonie. We will get back to you about pick up times.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Plenty of food and drink for you enjoy! This will also be outside, so dress accordingly.
Reception
6:00 pm - 10:30 pm
This will be inside! Dinner will be served in stations, with 3 different themed assortments of food. One Mexican, one Fall Harvest, and one Hearty Meal (meat and potatoes) :). With dessert being served as well....think smores and cider donuts!
After Party

We will be staying the night at the Desmond Hotel in Colonie. It's about a 20 minute drive from the Appel Inn. We will have buses to bring people back to the Desmond and the Marriot Hotel in Albany so no one has to worry about driving. :) Please join us at the bar at the Desmond after the reception is over....we won't be done partying yet!
