Question

Will the ceremony and reception be held indoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held under the outdoor pavilion at The Watershed Hotel. This is a covered space with an extended overhang and heat, but please plan accordingly. Should you wish to remain indoors, the audio from the ceremony will be broadcast into the lobby of the hotel. The reception will be held all indoors.

What should we do in between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

We will be holding our ceremony at 3:00pm at The Watershed Hotel. Guests are welcome to stay at The Watershed to mingle and enjoy a beverage following the ceremony. The Village at 170 opens for cocktail hour at 4:00pm and at that time, we ask that guests head to The Village to enjoy our complimentary cocktail hour!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love your little ones, really we do! However, we are unable to accommodate the number of little ones that we love. For that reason, we respectfully ask that no children attend this event.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs are due by April 17, 2025. If you have any difficulty RSVPing on the online format, please feel free to reach out to the couple for assistance!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Although we would love to see you get dressed up for our big day there is no dress code. Cocktail attire is suggested, however please wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot at The Watershed Hotel that can accommodate wedding guests, but is also utilized by hotel guests. There is plenty of on-street parking surrounding the hotel as well. The Village at 170 has a plenty of parking!

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided throughout the day. The ceremony and reception venues are approximately 8 minutes apart and parking is provided at both locations!
