Matron of Honor
Adriana is not only Erika's big sister, but her absolute best friend! Being that they're 23 months apart, it's safe (and accurate) to assume that they did everything together growing up. Adriana helped Erika in all the ways you'd hope an older sister would: she was protective, supportive, loving, compassionate, funny, and would even go as far as ALWAYS helping Erika get ready for ANY occasion (dance competitions, school dances, or just a night out on the town)…talk about being the best big sister! As they got older, life took them to different cities, states, and even time zones! Nonetheless, no matter where life took them, they always made sure to prioritize their relationship. Erika can confidently say she wouldn't be who she is today without her big sister.
Best Man
Diego and Isaac first met on their 9th grade football team in Harlingen, TX. Diego and the Garza family have always been more of a second family to Isaac. He's spent many holidays, birthdays and other special occasions at their ranch. The Garza Ranch is one of Isaac's favorite places in the world! Diego and Isaac have spent countless hours talking about life and enjoying the outdoors there. Isaac & Diego were also roommates for 4 years before Isaac relocated to San Antonio; watching old VHS movies and playing gamecube is how they spent most of their days. It is hard for Isaac to put into words what Diego means to him- but Isaac knows that he can count on Diego for anything and everything. Diego has always been there for Isaac, and Isaac could not have asked for a better Best Man.
Bridesmaid
Bianca and Erika - these two were DESTINED to be best friends! Not only were they 98% compatible to live with each other freshman year of college at University of the Incarnate Word, but they were also both part of the UIW Spirit team and also had a few courses together. At one time, they even worked together at the same restaurant. Needless to say they've been attached at the hip. Fast forward a few years, and Bianca ends up INTRODUCING ISAAC TO ERIKA. So yes, ladies and gentleman...without Bianca, this wedding wouldn't be happening! Thank you, B, for introducing Erika to the love of her life!
Groomsman
Ricky is Isaac’s oldest brother who lives in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Even though they don't live in the same state anymore, Ricky has always been there for Isaac regardless of where life took them. Their bond has always been strong ever since they were children. Unfortunately it's difficult for them to see each other as frequently as they wish, but they talk on the phone/Facetime almost everyday. Isaac truly believes that without his brother he would not be the man he is today.
Bridesmaid
Elizabeth and Erika have known each other since freshman year of high school, but didn't become close friends until junior year. In 2009, both Elizabeth & Erika transferred to Colleyville Heritage High School, and being that she and Liz hardly knew anyone who attended that school, they decided to get better acquainted to help make the transition a little easier. Well...it's a good thing they did, because here they are 11 years later still obsessed with each other! What makes this friendship so special is that they love the time they spend with each other; whether that time be on a fabulous trip to Mexico, or just hanging out on the back porch with a glass of wine. This friendship is one Erika truly treasures.
Groomsman
Michael and Isaac first met in Harlingen, Texas on their freshman baseball team and stayed good friends throughout the years. While in San Antonio they became roomates and became close friends. Michael & Isaac both enjoy any and all outdoor activities- the two even have an annual hunting trip that they go on and plan to keep this tradition going for many years to come. They now live 10 minutes from each other and hangout on a regular basis. Michael and his fiancé, Bianca, are responsible for introducing Isaac to Erika- which is what Isaac is most grateful for.
Bridesmaid
Erika and Emily have known each other since they were FOUR years old...so it's safe to say that they've known each other practically their whole lives! Emily and Erika did almost everything together growing up: dance classes, cheerleading, homework/class projects, and countless sleepovers where they would watch Disney's Anastasia on repeat for days at a time! Erika and Emily's friendship is something more than just a childhood friendship...but more like a sisterhood. Being able to conquer all chapters in life with someone is something truly special, and Erika and Emily can vouch for that first hand.
Groomsman
Robert and Isaac have been friends since high school and is also brothers with the best man, Diego. Isaac was always around the Garza family while growing up, and even though Robert is a couple years older than Isaac, they naturally became close friends. Isaac has always thought of Robert as his brother rather than just his friend, and would go to the ends of the earth for him. Isaac couldn't picture taking this next step in his life without Robert by his side.
Bridesman
Destinee and Erika met freshman year of college by being part of the UIW Cheer Team and also lived in the same dorm building and floor. Talk about natural chemistry...they couldn't get enough of each other! Erika and Destinee share a common love for DELICIOUS Mexican food, so they would go off and explore new restaurants until they finally found their all time favorite place, Panchitos, where they'd actually end up going until this day. These two went from living on the same floor, to being roommates, to next door neighbors! Considering the fact that Destinee and Erika don't have any family members living in San Antonio, they feel as if they found family in each other.
Groomsman
Lolo and Isaac are both from Harlingen, Texas but did not meet until they both moved to San Antonio in 2012. They enjoy the little things in life, especially “chill drinking" as they like to call it, while watching football and BBQing in the back yard. Lolo currently lives in Corpus Christi, which is only a quick 2 hour drive from San Antonio. Even though they live in different cities, Lolo and Isaac hangout as frequently as they can on the weekends.
Bridesmaid
Sheila and Erika met freshman year of college by being part of the UIW Cheer Team and also lived in the same dorm building and floor (yes...half of these bridesmaids were on the UIW Spirit Team and lived in the same dorm building freshman year, they clearly have something special). Sheila has always been Erika's adventure buddy- she's known for trying new things, meeting new people, and exploring new areas of San Antonio. To this day, Erika and Sheila love doing spontaneous brunch adventures, wine vineyard tours, and trips to the river! Sheila helps Erika remember to live in the moment and have FUN in this crazy life!
Groomsman
TJ & Isaac met in San Antonio 6 years ago through mutual friends. Isaac describes TJ as one of the most genuine people he's ever met. Isaac & TJ enjoy hanging out and talking about life over drinks- it's always a good time when they are together! TJ & Isaac have made a lot of memories in San Antonio, and Isaac is thankful for TJ's friendship. TJ has now relocated to Dallas, but they keep in touch and see each other while they're in town.
