Plus-ones have been indicated on your invitation. If you believe we may have overlooked someone, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the bride. We kindly ask for your understanding as space is limited due to the size of the venue, and we’re doing our best to accommodate everyone thoughtfully.

While we love your children, we have chosen to host an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night out to relax and celebrate with us! 🥂

The welcome party is intended for guests traveling from out of town, members of the wedding party, and family ✈️🎉🏨

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The doors will open at 4:00pm for our guests to arrive and be seated 🕓💒

Do you have a hotel block? How do I book it?
Answer
Head on over to the 'Travel' page and click 'View' under The Logan to book a room in our hotel block OR call 215-963-1500, follow the prompts to make a new reservation and provide the group code GEIWB.

What are other nearby hotel options?
Answer
There are a few other hotel options on the 'Travel' page. However, there are so many hotel options across center city, so go with what works for you! We do recommend booking your hotel ASAP as college move-in for some of the local universities is that same week.

Do I need to rent a car?
Answer
Absolutely not! In fact, it’s often easier to get around Philadelphia without one. 🚕 ✈️ If you’re flying into Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), you can take regional rail, a taxi, or Uber/Lyft directly into Center City. 🚆 If you’re arriving by Amtrak, 30th Street Station is already in Center City, from there, it’s a quick walk, subway ride, or taxi/Uber to most hotels. Parking in the city can be limited and expensive, so we recommend skipping the car unless you plan to explore outside of Philadelphia.

Is there parking at the venue?

There won't be dedicated parking at the venue, but there are a few nearby options: Street parking is the most affordable but can be hard to find in this part of the city. Paid parking is available at: - 711 Chestnut Street (surface lot) - 733 Chestnut Street (garage) Both are on the same block as Union Trust, the venue. Rates typically range from $15–$35, and most lots require a credit card.

Garden Party Formal 🌸🌿🍋 Think garden party meets evening elegance. For women: Floor-length or midi dresses in bright colors, floral prints, or soft pastels. Luxe fabrics like silk, chiffon, or satin encouraged. Dressy jumpsuits are welcome. For men: Suits in any color, though light, pastel, or bold summer tones are encouraged to match the garden vibe ✨ We invite you to bring the color, the glamour, and the celebration!
