What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive between 4-4:15pm. Unless you’re the bride, please don’t be late! 😉

Is the ceremony on the beach?

Answer

Not anymore! We moved the ceremony to an outdoor plaza at the Hilton so no need to worry about getting sand in your shoes! 👍

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking at the Hilton costs $8 per hour. There’s free street parking around the park next to the Hilton. Parking at the Cabrillo Pavilion costs $2.50 per hour until 10pm ($15 per day max). If you’re staying at one of the hotels nearby, we recommend walking over. We will be offering a trolley from the Cabrillo Pavilion to the Hilton between 4pm and 4:30pm, and a trolley from the Hilton to the Cabrillo Pavilion between 5pm and 6pm.

Will there be transportation to and from the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a trolley from the Cabrillo Pavilion to the ceremony at the Hilton between 4pm and 4:30pm for those who are staying at a hotel nearby. We will also have a trolley from the ceremony at the Hilton to the cocktail hour and reception at the Cabrillo Pavilion between 5pm and 6pm for those who did not drive to the Hilton. The Hilton and Cabrillo Pavilion are 0.4 miles away from each other.
