One World Trade Observatory
One World Trade Center is the main building of the rebuilt World Trade Center complex in Lower Manhattan, New York City. The tower's spire brings it to a pinnacle height of 1,776 feet, a figure intended to symbolize the year 1776, when the United States Declaration of Independence was signed. One WTC is the tallest building in the United States, the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere, and the sixth-tallest in the world.
Empire State Building
Empire State building is a 102 story skyscraper that opened to the public on May 1st, 1931. The Empire State Building stood as the world's tallest building until the construction of the World Trade Center in 1970. The building is now the seventh-tallest building in New York City, the ninth-tallest completed skyscraper in the United States, the 49th-tallest in the world, and the sixth-tallest freestanding structure in the Americas.
Vessel
Vessel is a 16-story, 150-foot-tall structure of connected staircases between the buildings of Hudson Yards. It has 154 flights, 2,500 steps, and 80 landings, with the total length of the stairs exceeding 1 mile.
Little Island
Little Island @ Pier 55 is an artificial island in the Hudson River, adjoining Hudson River Park. The park includes 350 species of flowers, trees and shrubs, a 687-seat amphitheater and an intimate stage and lawn space, along with dazzling views of other portions of Hudson River Park, New York City and the Hudson River.
Central Park
Central Park is a world-famous public park, created beginning in 1858 to address the recreational needs of the rapidly growing City. Over 150 years later Central Park is one of the most visited urban parks in the country and one of the most popular destinations in New York City, with 42 million visitors each year.
The High Line
The High Line is a 1.45-mile-long elevated linear park, greenway and rail trail created on a former New York Central Railroad spur on the west side of Manhattan in New York City. It features 500+ species of plants and trees, and touches several neighborhoods, Greenwich Village, the Meatpacking District, Chelsea, and Midtown Manhattan.
Peter Luger Steak House
One of NYC's famous steakhouses, established in 1887. It's the third oldest operating steakhouse in NYC. We both love a good steak, and have tried almost every famous steakhouse in NYC since we moved to NJ in 2019. Peter Luger is hands down our favorite!
