The "View" link below will allow you to make reservations for Friday and Saturday evenings at the resort. A credit card will be necessary to hold the reservation, but it will not be charged until your actual arrival. Should you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, you may do so without penalty up to 7 days before the event. If you wish to arrive earlier or stay later, the resort will honor the special rate of $339.00/night (plus $49 resort fee + taxes), 4-days pre-arrival and 4 days post-departure based on availability at the time of request. Simply make the reservation for Friday and Saturday nights at the link provided and make a note of your hotel confirmation number. Then email both the Event Manager, Victoria Nyman at Vnyman@playalargoresort.com and the Contract Manager, Sahily Acuna at SaAcuna@playalargoresort.com with 1) the dates you would like to extend your stay and 2) your confirmation number. Either Victoria or Sahily will respond to you with any questions they may have and/or a confirmation that your reservation has been updated. Should you choose not to stay at the hotel, there are Air B&B options in the area for larger groups planning to stay together.
