4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

For any guests that happen to be in the area, we will host a casual get together in downtown Los Gatos. Feel free to pop in and out, it's located right next to the Toll House Hotel.

Wedding

3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Semi-formal. Please wear comfortable shoes for lawns and layers for cool evening air

2:30-3:00pm: Shuttles leave from Toll House Hotel 3:30pm: Latest time for guest arrival 4:00pm-4:30pm: Ceremony 4:30pm-6:00pm: Cocktail hour 6:00pm-7:30pm: Dinner and toasts 7:30pm-9:30pm: Cake cutting and dancing 10:00pm: Wedding ends and shuttles depart Shuttles for all guests will run from The Toll House Hotel to our venue and back at the end of the night. You are also welcome to drive yourself to and park at the venue provided you have a responsible driver after last call, as overnight parking in their lot is forbidden. Ubering to the venue is also possible, but given that it's in the middle of the woods with limited cell service it is difficult to get an Uber *back* at the end of the night. Bagels in the Park

11:00 am - 2:00 pm

For guests sticking around a bit longer, join us for a casual farewell picnic at the Meadowbrook Group Area in Vasona Park. We'll have bagels, coffee, and plenty of picnic tables. The park is about a 1.3 mile walk from the Toll House Hotel, or there is also plenty of parking nearby.
