Great question! We hope our guests take this as an opportunity to dress and feel their best. We are requesting our guests to wear formal attire - tuxes and gowns are welcome, but so are cocktail dresses and suits. Our ceremony will begin 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒕𝒍𝒚 at 4:30pm. We request our guests plan to arrive no earlier than 3:30pm, but no later than 4:00pm so you have time to park and find your seat! Once the ceremony begins at 4:30pm, entrance will no longer be granted until the ceremony is completed.
Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover ... is on you. Please ensure if you do plan on drinking, that you arrange for transportation from the venue to get home safe ◡̈
While we would love to be able to accommodate everyone, even your little ones, our ceremony and reception will be adults only. We hope you can take the evening as an opportunity to enjoy yourselves!
Typically, the weather in Jacksonville during late February features daytime highs around 70°F, with evening lows reaching approximately 49°F. As the date approaches, we encourage you to monitor weather forecasts for the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding the day's conditions. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will both be held outside and our reception will be followed indoors, so please dress appropriately, in the event you get a little chilly.
To ensure we can accommodate all guests safely and comfortably within the venue's capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. With this said, you will find the details about your wedding party size, including whether it includes a plus one, on your formal invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and cannot wait to celebrate with you!
If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided in our official invitations, you will automatically be marked at "Not Attending." We will miss celebrating with you, however, it is imperative we provide our vendors with an accurate, final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
