Destination Wedding

While we are so excited to plan our dream wedding & can’t wait to celebrate, we understand that not everyone can attend our destination wedding in Cancun and that there are many factors that can come into play when considering travel plans. We want all of our loved ones to feel comfortable and happy with whatever decision they make regarding our wedding! We know that some may not be able to make it due to financial constraints, work obligations, health considerations, family responsibilities or other reasons. We completely understand and respect those decisions! We look forward to celebrating with those who aren't able to make it in other ways, such as through photos, videos or visits to Wisconsin in the coming months. Ultimately, we just want everyone to know that their love and support means the world to us, whether they can be with us physically or not.

Travel Agent Information & Accommodations

For travel arrangements, we kindly recommend using our travel agent to make the process smoother for everyone. She has helped us secure discounted rates at the resort for our guests. Rooms in our room block must be booked through our agent, not through the resort directly. Plus, they offer excellent customer service and can assist with any questions or concerns you may have on booking flights or other travel related matters. Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa

Dreams Riviera Cancun is an all inclusive resort and our rates include room, tax, food, drinks including alcohol, 24 hour room service and gratuities. Starting rates: $279.00 per person per night (double occupancy, 3 night minimum) Premium Deluxe Garden View Room $288.00 per person per night (double occupancy, 3 night minimum) Premium Deluxe Ocean View Room Single, triple, children rates are all available with Carol on request. We are also holding other room categories if you are interested. This resort requires a 3 night minimum but Carol can also make this a longer vacation for you and add additional nights! Our room block pricing applies for a full 7 days from Wednesday, January 24th - Wednesday, January 31st.

Deposit & Final Payment Info

A $150 per person or $300 per room deposit is required at booking. Final payment for your reservation is due by September 20th. Any remaining rooms in our block will be released at that time. Rooms are first come first served, so we encourage booking as soon as possible. To book your room, please email or call Carol with the room option & dates you would like to book. She will handle your deposit & final payment. If you’d also like her to help you look for flights, please let her know in your correspondence with her.

Very Important Passport Info... You Need One!

Please note that passports can take up to 13 weeks to process! I've also read on a few travel sites that processing has been delayed, so please make sure to do this well ahead of time if you are planning on joining us. There is an expedited option, but it will cost an extra $60 & there are still no guarantees you will get it on time. Also note that if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER the dates of your trip, some airlines will not let you fly. For example, if your passport expires anytime between January 2024 - July 2024, you will need to renew it. The government travel site below will have you submit your own passport photo that will need to be a specific size. For passport photos, you can go to a local UPS Store, Walgreens or CVS to get these done! Our room block is for a full 7 days (Wednesday, January 24th - Wednesday, January 31st), so feel free to come early or stay longer! We will be there for the full week & would love to spend as much time with all of you as we can <3 Important Note: Flights are not included in your resort package & will need to be booked separately. You are free to use your own booking method for your flights. My favorite way to book flights is to use Google Flights (linked below) & track prices across all airlines as they fluctuate throughout the year. If you would prefer our travel agent, Carol, help you with booking, please reach out to her for help.

Airport Shuttle To Resort

Shuttles from the airport to the resort have been arranged for our guests - you should have received communication from Erika or her mom about this. Please note that shuttles from the resort back to the airport have NOT been arranged by Cole & Erika & each guest will need to arrange this at the resort. The front desk/concierge will be able to book this for you based on your travel information back to the States. Please make sure you visit them at some point during your stay to book your shuttle!
