What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress nicely and appropriately! Semi-formal like a suit and tie or cocktail dress is what we are going for!

What about hotel accommodations?

Answer

We have a courtesy room block at all 3 Colonial Williamsburg hotels, to access the group rate go to : https://book.passkey.com/go/5b68b329 or call 1-800-261-9530 and ask for the Lopez-Huff Wedding! You can also always book at any nearby hotels on our Travel page. Everything is within 10 minutes of the Williamsburg Inn!

How do I know if I have a plus one?

Answer

Your Invitation will come addressed as "Your Name and Guest" If it is solely "your name" you may not have one. If you are confused, please feel free to reach out to us!

Will the Ceremony and Reception be in the same place?

Answer

Yes, all events will happen at the Williamsburg Inn!

The Ceremony will be outdoors (pending the weather).

What will happen after the Ceremony?

The wedding party will be taking pictures while the guests will be invited to enjoy cocktails and food while we transition!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
