Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
Answer
Yes we have a block at Essex Street Inn & Suites in Newburyport, MA. Please refer to the Travel Tab for more information. Additionally, if you are looking for other accommodations, we have all our recommendations listed on this tab as well.

Will the wedding be outdoors or indoors?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will be outdoors so please dress accordingly. Fall season in Ipswich, MA can be a little unpredictable so we highly suggest looking at the weather beforehand. Expect it to be brisk, usually 60s during the day time and 40s in the evening time. That being said, there is always a week during October that is uncharacteristically warm. The wedding reception will be indoors.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Yes! There is free parking at Turner Hill Mansion. Additionally, we will be providing transportation to and from our hotel block in Newburyport, MA at Essex Street Inn & Suites. Please refer to the schedule page for timing and location of the shuttles.

Am I allowed to bring my children?
Answer
We love your children, but due to space restrictions we can only accommodate those listed on the invitation. We thank you for your understanding and would be happy to help find childcare!

Please wear whatever is most comfortable....for dancing. This venue is very Gatsbyesque so take that and run with it!

Absolutely and it will be open the entire night, come thirsty.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 4217 Via Marina, Apt 201, Marina del Rey, CA 90292. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

What is the easiest way to get to and from Logan airport in Boston, MA to Ipswich, MA?
Answer
Ipswich, MA is about an hour drive north from Logan International airport. There are several options for transportation. If you wish to have some freedom to explore the northshore, we recommend renting a car. That being said, if you plan to stay in Boston beforehand we would not recommend renting a car, parking in Boston can be a real headache!! You will have no problem getting an uber from Logan to Ipswich. However, finding an uber from Ipswich to Logan could be very challenging. Lastly there is a commuter rail that runs from North Station in Boston, MA to Ipswich, MA that runs every one to two hours. North station is accessible by subway from the airport. You can find tickets at www.mbta.com and search the newburyport/rockport line. It is about an hour commute. This is the same for Newburyport as well.
