This code is vital to ensure the rooms are booked within the block and are given the contracted room rate.

There will be a shuttle to get from the hotel to the venue and from the venue to the hotel at the end of the night. To go to Bogey Hills : 3pm-4:30pm To go to the Hotel : 8:30pm-11pm
