If you are unable to secure the room for your preferred dates, please text Erika @ 770-656-8392 or Andres @ 903-749-8354 for us to have the hotel add more rooms to the block. Our rates will be honored from Thursday July 3 to Friday July 11! Some guests have found it easier to call In-House Reservations directly at 561-340-1736. Just mention the Ward–Ramirez Wedding Block 😊 when booking.

What is in the resort fee

RESORT FEE Room rates are subject to the daily resort fee (currently $35.00 plus tax, per room per night). This fee covers several amenities: Up to Two Beach Lounge Chairs and One Umbrella Per Room (A La Carte Price: $30.00) Daily Dry Cleaning Allowance up to $10 Daily Morning Yoga Class for up to Two Guests by Reservation Only (Based on class availability) (A La Carte Price: $40.00) Complimentary Nightly Reception in Lobby From 4:00-5:00 p.m. (a la Carte Price: $28.00) Enhanced Guest Activities, choice of 2 of the following, per day: Kayaking- 1 hour per day (A La Carte Price: $20.00) Body boards- 1 hour per day (A La Carte Price: $10.00) Snorkel Gear- 1 hour per (A La Carte Price: $15.00) Paddleboards- 1 hour per day (A La Carte Price: $35.00) Surfboard- 1 hour per day (A La Carte Price: $25.00) Floats and tubes- 1 hour per day (A La Carte Price: $10.00) (Based on Equipment Availability; Items are distributed on a first come first serve basis. While we would love to have everyone with us, we understand that is not feasible for all. For those driving in various days, here are a few rates to be aware of: Valet Parking: $20 per car per day, per day **The resort does not offer self-parking If you want to join us around the resort leading up to the wedding, you may need a buddy to get you access to beach or pool at the Marriott. They do not offer day passes for non-overnight guests.

Sunset Ceremony is outside but not on the beach
Answer
Weather permitting, cocktail hour will be held outdoors on the Ocean Terrace, which overlooks the ocean. The venue is sand-free and generally shaded, thanks to the hotel’s height and the time of day. It's just a short stroll down the Ocean Terrace to the beach for anyone who’d like to snap a photo by the water. Guests are welcome to head inside to the Ballroom at any time to escape the July Florida heat!
