Welcome BBQ

2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

This event is casual! Bring warm clothes, your hiking boots, and swimsuit and get ready to frolic in the forest and enjoy some BBQ on the banks of Hyalite Reservoir!

45° 28' 56.8099" N 110° 58' 15.3300" W From Main Street in Bozeman, travel south on 19th Avenue for 7 miles to the paved Hyalite Canyon Road. Turn left and continue approximately 9 miles to the Hyalite Day Use parking area. The Pavilion is located at the far end of parking area. There is no set schedule! Come when you arrive in town and stay as long as you like. Dinner will be served around 6pm. Please use this time to enjoy the mountains! Perryn and I would like to get a group together for a short hike around the reservoir departing at 3pm. Please message us if you would like to be part of the hiking party!

Ceremony

11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Wear linen or denim pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses or sundresses, and sandals.

Ceremony: 11:00- 11:30; please arrive 15 minutes early Brunch will be provided after! Please do not wear heels as the ground is very uneven. Bring layers/rain jackets in the off-chance of rain or cool temperatures.
