FAQs

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Hotel recommendations can be found on the Travel page. There are also many AirBnB options in the area. We recommend booking accommodations as soon as possible as summer is a busy time up in Door County. You are also welcome to camp on the farm!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual attire is welcome, whether that’s your favorite summer dress, skirt, jumpsuit, khakis, dress pants, button down shirt, etc. Our event will be held outside on the farm, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes (this might not be the best time to wear thin heels) and consider bringing a sweater or light jacket for when the weather cools off in the evening.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be available on the farm.

Question

Can I really plant my invitation?

Answer

Yes! Your invitation is made with seeded paper and can grow wildflowers. To plant, place under 1/8” of soil, water thoroughly and place in a sunny spot. Keep the paper and soil moist during germination.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence is present enough for us! But if gift giving is your love language, we have put together a small registry of items to update in our home.

Question

What is the schedule for the day?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5 pm. A cocktail hour will start around 5:30 pm. Dinner will be served around 6 pm with dessert and dancing to follow. Everything will take place on the farm.

For all the days along the way
