What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. We recommend you arrive by 4:00 to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time. There is plenty of parking on the property, cocktails, dinner, and dancing will follow.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal/semi-formal. Suggested attire includes long dresses, skirts, or jumpsuits for women, and suits, sport coats/slacks for men. We kindly request that guests refrain from wearing denim or white.

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

We love your little ones! We have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event, any children invited will be listed on your RSVP.

Please kindly RSVP by August 1st! All RSVPs received after this date will be marked as declining; we will be sending final headcount to our vendors following this deadline.

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at Ember Wood Events Center. 5428 S County Rd 600 E, Walton, IN 46994

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, with the ceremony under a covered pavilion. The reception will be held indoors. All event spaces are fully paved.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are asking for no photos or videos during the ceremony. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do", We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them.
