We're getting married!

Eriene and Josef met up at Strike + Reel for games and a movie. They watched Dogs staring Channing Tatum where they shared brisket nachos and a large popcorn. They enjoyed a couple of games where they laughed and tried their best to win some prizes. A movie date to this day is still a top choice!

Eriene loves Josef's unwavering support and his kind heart. He has a unique way of making her feel cherished and loved every single day. Josef loves animals and that warms Eriene's heart. One of the most unforgettable moments was their romantic proposal, which showcased his dedication and love. Eriene also admires Josef's faith in Christ and how he inspires her to grow spiritually. His sense of humor, patience, and the way he always listens make their bond incredibly special. Together, they share a deep connection filled with love, joy, and mutual respect.

Eriene is an incredible person, and what drives her is her pure love. She loves me, everyone around her, and most importantly, God. Her love has given me the faith I have today, the joy in my heart, and a sense of completeness. Our love has given us the freedom to be our true selves! We’ve shared so many laughs, stories (mostly hers), memories with our fur babies, songs, praise, and all of God’s amazing creations. I’m so grateful for the endless love and support you’ve shown me. God is truly good! My beautiful baby, I love you!

So here's the story! Erica, Josef’s sister, took Eriene out for a mani-pedi, under the guise of a “dinner” that the three of them had "reservations" for. Meanwhile, Josef pretended to have church rehearsal while they were at the salon and asked to get picked up afterward. Josef gathered Eriene’s immediate family at their home church, Crossroads, in Rowlett, TX. Upon arrival at the church, they had Eriene walk into the sanctuary, where Josef had arranged big bold letters spelling out “Will you marry me?” Overwhelmed with joy and love, Eriene said yes, and they celebrated after with a dinner at Amelia’s in Rowlett, TX. It was a perfect day, surrounded by love and family, marking the beginning of their beautiful journey together.
