Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm sharp. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to give yourself time to park and find a seat. Gates will close once the ceremony begins.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! To help set the tone of our big day we are requesting an all-black formal/cocktail attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi dresses and men can wear a suit and tie or a tux if preferred. Ladies please be advised that there is tightly packed gravel and turf outdoors when selecting shoes. Please see the “Attire” section to draw inspiration if needed.

Can I bring a guest/date?

If you received a plus one, it will kindly say so on the invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible with close friends and family.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones – we really do! However, we have made the decision to keep our ceremony and reception an adult only event (apart from our flower girls and ring bearers). We hope that this doesn’t cause too much of a hassle for you and encourage you to use this evening as a “date night.”

What is the weather going to be like?

Answer

Pensacola is in the panhandle, and while this may mean we are home to some of the most beautiful beaches We would not advise packing your swimwear for this trip. Although you may be in Florida, we do experience a pretty good chill this time of year. Weather is typically in the mid to high 60’s during the day and about 10 degrees cooler in the evening time. If needed, heaters will be provided for outdoor spaces. We do recommend bringing a jacket or shrug to help stay warm during the ceremony and cocktail hour.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

There is limited parking available at our venue. This includes parking on either side of Supposey, as well as parking alongside the road, and parking at a business nearby that is closed after hours. As much as we encourage a great time, we hope everyone is safe in doing so and plans for a driver or uber after the reception. Please note that parking is not permitted overnight, and we are currently working on securing transportation from our venue to downtown after the reception. Check back for further details on this later.

What should I do if I cannot make it or haven’t RSVP’d in time?

Answer

If you cannot make it, you will be dearly missed but we do understand. Please let us know at your earliest convenience so we can update the headcount for our vendors. If you have missed the RSVP deadline, please understand we will update our guest list accordingly and cannot accept late responses due to this.
